Facial Treatment Bed
The client sits up for the consultation and goes flat for the treatment, without getting off in between.
Height runs from 60 to 88 cm. 60 is low enough to get on without a step; 88 is high enough that you are not bending over the bed. One of those numbers is for the client and the other is for you.
Backrest, leg rest and height are on one remote, and some models add a foot pedal so your hands stay on the client. The headrest extends 15 cm, which is what brow and lash work needs.

Pick by the deck
and the frame
Most of these take the client from upright to flat on one remote.
Only three things differ: the shape of the deck, the frame under it, and whether adjusting the bed means taking your hands off the client.
The wide deck
180 by 75 cm, the widest here, with armrests that fold through 90 degrees and a headrest and footrest that each extend 15 cm.
Folding armrests means they swing out of the way while the client gets on and off, then come back to support the arms during the treatment. For an older client that is the feature that matters most.
Three or four motors, on a gold-plated stainless steel base.
The long deck
204 by 62 cm, longer and narrower, on a powder-coated iron frame with ABS covers. Three motors, 60 to 85 cm of height travel, 90 kg net.
24 cm longer and 13 cm narrower means a tall client’s legs are supported, and your knees get right up to the edge so you are not reaching across the bed for a facial. Narrow is easier to work at, not worse.
Hands stay on the client
Some models carry a foot controller alongside the hand remote, so the height and the backrest can be moved mid-treatment without putting anything down.
With gloves on, or with product on your hands, it is the only way to move the bed at all.
No power needed
The one bed here without motors, set entirely by hand. Backrest 0 to 65 degrees, leg rest 0 to 70, armrests on both sides.
For a new room, or a corner with no socket, it works the moment it is assembled.
Side by side
Every figure, side by side
Every figure below comes off the model’s own spec sheet. Scroll sideways on a phone.
| Model | Motors | Size (cm) | Rated load | Net weight | Upholstery | Colour | Base | Control | Manual |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| UR-B1856 | 3 or 4 | 180 × 75 × 66 to 88 | 150 kg | 100 kg | PVC leather, velvet or sherpa | Pink | Gold-plated stainless steel | Remote and five foot controls | |
| UR-B2161 | 3 | 204 × 62 × 60 to 85 | 150 kg | 90 kg | PVC leather | White | Iron frame with ABS | Remote and six foot controls | |
| UR-B1862 | 3 | 204 × 62 × 60 to 85 | 150 kg | 90 kg | PVC leather | Light gold | Iron frame with ABS | Remote only | |
| UR-M904 | None | 180 × 62 × 62 | 150 kg | 24 kg | PU leather | Black / Pink / White | Iron frame | Set by hand |
UR-B2161 and UR-B1862 are the same bed. Deck, motors and load rating are identical.
The real difference is the foot controls: the B2161 has a row of six along the front of the base and the B1862 has none, only the remote. The colour, white against light gold, comes second.

Your cover
The cover is the order,
not the model
These are upholstered in commercial PVC leather as standard, cut and sewn here. Changing the colour changes the roll on the cutting table, not the supplier, the tooling or the lead time. Covers other than leather are listed per model in the table above.
- More than 50 stock colours to choose from
- Stock colours ship on the standard 15 to 30 day timeline, with no surcharge
- Your own colour is matched against the roll before anything is cut
- Your logo goes on the same order, with no separate charge line
- A physical swatch goes out before you sign off the sample

Inside the factory
Steel, brass finish, foam and hide
come in the same door
2,000 m² under one roof, 100 people, one line. What comes in is raw material, not half-finished beds. What goes out is in your colour, under your brand.
What that means for you: you can change more than the colour. Deck size, height travel, armrests and base finish are all ours to change.
- Steel and stainless cut on our own laser
- Bases welded, polished and plated before the covers go on
- Foam arrives as block and is cut per model
- Covers cut to pattern and sewn on our own machines

What the paperwork
covers, and what it does not
Three documents, reproduced as issued. The motor attestation covers the drive unit, the foam report covers the padding, and the ISO certificate covers the foam plant. None of the three certifies the finished bed. Ask for the PDFs with your enquiry.

Quality management system, GB/T19001-2016 / ISO 9001:2015. Holder: Union Win Industrial (China) Co., Ltd. Registration no. 064-21-Q-2073-R0-M, issued by Beijing Standard Certification Centre under CNAS C064-M. Scope: polyurethane foam, mattress and pillow production and related management activities.

Attestation of Conformity no. NBA 16 12 85011 009 for the controller unit and linear actuator, models FY01, FY011B, FY011C, FY011D, FY012, FY014, FY014C and FY014D. Tested to EN 60335-1 and EN 62233 under the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.

Issued by the Alliance for Flexible Polyurethane Foam for viscoelastic (memory) foam, lab report T0001128339/10AZ 591313. Covers content, emissions and durability testing on the foam family, not on the finished bed.

What is covered,
and for how long
Hassle-free support
In the first 30 days after delivery, a quality issue is answered with a replacement or a fix, not a claims process.
Damage replacement
Free replacement or parts for functional or structural damage inside the first 90 days. This is what covers transit damage that only shows once it is in use.
Manufacturer warranty
Structure and manufacturing defects: motors, remote controllers and lifting systems, hydraulic systems, and the metal or wooden frame. Sewing workmanship and upholstery defects are covered for 30 days from delivery. After the year, spare parts and technical support stay available. Spare parts for these models stay available for five years and more, at cost price.
Wrinkling of vinyl on a seating surface is normal wear, not a defect. Every upholstered chair shows it with use. What is not covered is listed in full on the warranty policy page.
Design and 3D planning
Custom design consultation and a 3D plan of the room before anything is cut.
Updates and checkpoints
Progress updates and quality checkpoints while the order is on the line.

Questions
What buyers ask
about facial beds
Which one should I order?
Start with the room.
The UR-B1856 is the wide one at 180 by 75 cm, with armrests and a gold-plated stainless base. It is also the only one that can be built with four motors. Pick it for a wide room, or for older clients who need something to push up on.
The UR-B2161 and UR-B1862 are longer and narrower at 204 by 62 cm on a powder-coated frame. Pick these when the room is deep but tight, and note that a narrow bed lets your knees get right up to the edge, which makes facial work easier rather than harder.
Then one more choice between those two: foot controls. The B2161 has six, the B1862 has none.
What is the difference between UR-B2161 and UR-B1862?
The same bed. Deck, motors and load rating are identical.
The difference is the foot controls. The B2161 has a row of six along the front of the base; the B1862 has none and works from the hand remote only.
This cannot be added later, so it is a decision to make at order time. With gloves on or product on your hands, the foot controls are the only way to move the bed. The colour, white against light gold, can be changed. The foot controls cannot.
Can I have a cover other than PVC leather?
Yes. The UR-B1856 is available in velvet and in sherpa, both listed in the specification table. The other two come in PVC leather as standard.
For anything other than leather, ask for a physical swatch before you sign off the sample. Velvet and sherpa photograph very differently from how they look and feel in the room.
What is the minimum order?
5 to 10 pieces on most models, and models can be mixed in one order. You can order a single sample first.
How long is production?
15 to 30 working days after you sign off the sample. The quote and the 3D render come back inside 24 hours, so the clock starts when you approve, not when you enquire.
Is there an instruction manual?
Every model has a PDF manual, linked in the last column of the comparison table. It covers assembly, what each button on the remote and the foot control does, and routine maintenance.
What happens if a motor fails in year two?
The manufacturer warranty runs one year, but spare parts stay available for five years and more, at cost price.
Send the model number and a photo of the actuator label, and the replacement motor and controller ship from stock. That commitment is written into the specification section above, not just said here.
Next step
Send the models,
the quantity and the port
Send those three and a quote comes back within 24 hours, with the certificate set for your market attached. Mixed models in one order are fine.
