The height range, 49 to 89 cm, is for your back, not the client’s. The bed comes up to where your hands are, so you are not bent over all day.
Decks run 185 to 195 cm long and up to 78 cm wide. High-density foam under a cover that wipes clean, so there is nothing to wait for between appointments.

Motor count is the one spec that changes how the bed works in the room. Foam, cover, frame and lead time are the same across this whole group.
Each extra motor is one more section that moves on its own.
Four motors
Back, legs and height, plus the seat or the whole incline moving on its own axis. The heaviest frames and the highest load ratings.
Pick this for full-body work, or for a room where client weight varies a lot.

W1842, W1863 and W1864 are one platform in three finishes. Identical deck, motors and load.

The widest height range here, 49 to 89 cm, on the lightest frame at 60 kg.
A wide range means one bed works whether you sit to it or stand over it. If the budget is tight and you do not need section control, this is where to start.

In the first 30 days after delivery, a quality issue is answered by replacing or repairing the part, not a claims process.
Damage replacement
Replacement or parts for functional or structural damage inside the first 90 days. This is what covers transit damage that only shows once it is in use.
Manufacturer warranty
Structure and manufacturing defects: motors, remote controllers and lifting systems, hydraulic systems, and the metal or wooden frame. Sewing workmanship and upholstery defects are covered for 30 days from delivery. After the year, spare parts and technical support stay available.
Wrinkling of vinyl on a seating surface is normal wear, not a defect. Every upholstered chair shows it with use. What is not covered is listed in full on the warranty policy page.
Questions
Before you send the enquiry
Which one should I order?
Two decisions.
First the motor count. Four when the seat or the incline needs to move on its own axis; three for most facial and spa work; two when budget and height range matter more than section control.
Second, whether it has to go flat for body work. The UR-W289 lies completely flat and has a face hole at the head end, so one bed covers facial and body treatments. If the room only fits one bed, that matters more than the motor count.
What is the difference between UR-W1842, UR-W1863 and UR-W1864?
The deck, the motors and the load rating are identical. Two things differ, one functional, one cosmetic.
Functional: the UR-W1864 has a face hole in the deck, so the client can lie face down for back work. The UR-W1863 has flat sections and no face hole, for face-up treatments only. The W1864 is also noticeably thicker padded, on a continuously curved deck.
Cosmetic: the W1842 is off-white or pink; the W1863 and W1864 are dark brown or white.
What is the minimum order?
5 to 10 pieces on most models, and models can be mixed in one order. You can order a single sample first.
How long is production?
15 to 30 working days after you sign off the sample. The quote and the 3D render come back inside 24 hours, so the clock starts when you approve, not when you enquire.
Can I have my own colour and logo?
Yes, and neither adds to the price or the lead time. Every model here is cut from the same stock of upholstery, so a colour change is a different roll on the cutting table. Your logo goes on the same order with no separate charge line. A physical swatch goes out before you sign off the sample.
What happens if a motor fails in year two?
The manufacturer warranty runs one year. After it expires we still hold the parts: send the model number and a photo of the actuator label, and the replacement motor and controller ship from stock. Fitting one is four bolts and a plug, no technician needed.
