Every chair here rises, swivels and reclines, so a cut, a shave and a colour all happen in one seat without the client moving. To choose between them, measure one thing first: how long the chair gets when it reclines. The UR-HB27 stands 115 cm and stretches to 160. The UR-HB118 is only 82 cm tall but still runs 154 cm reclined. Station spacing is set by the reclined length, not the upright one.

Pick by the floor it takes
The upholstery, the pump and the certification are the same across this whole page. Only two things actually affect how the shop runs: how much floor a chair takes, and how far it goes back.
Classic, and heavy
Cast frames, button tufting, plated fittings. These are the chairs a client sees on the way in. What they cost is floor: the UR-HB27G needs 100 cm of width, the widest here. Measure the aisle before you order.
Low, for styling
For cutting and styling stations, where the client does not need to go flat. These sit lower and do not crowd the room. The UR-HB118 is only 82 cm tall upright but still runs 154 cm reclined, so do not let the height fool you. The UR-HB101 is 104 by 93 by 68 cm on an enclosed base, with no frame to sweep around.
One chair, several heights
The wide-travel chairs. One seat covers a child and a tall adult, so you are not buying a second chair for height. The UR-HB12S runs 120 to 160 cm on a 68 cm base that does not rock when the client leans back. The UR-HB26G gives you a 56 to 66 cm seat height plus a headrest that moves on its own.

and three base finishes
46 leather colours on the swatch card, and three base finishes: chrome, matte black or gold. The cover and the base are chosen separately, so one chair shape gives you a lot of rooms. Shops that run two or three styles on the floor usually keep one base finish and vary the leather, which reads as a set without being repetitive.

travel separately
The base, the seat and the footrest ship in separate cartons and go together on site. More chairs fit in a container, and the freight per chair comes down. The assembly sheet and the fittings are in the box: two people, twenty minutes a chair.

Hassle-free support
In the first 30 days after delivery, a quality issue is answered with a replacement or a fix, not a claims process.
Damage replacement
Free replacement or parts for functional or structural damage inside the first 90 days. This is what covers transit damage that only shows once it is in use.
Manufacturer warranty
Structure and manufacturing defects: motors, remote controllers and lifting systems, hydraulic systems, and the metal or wooden frame. Sewing workmanship and upholstery defects are covered for 30 days from delivery. After the year, spare parts and technical support stay available.
Wrinkling of vinyl on a seating surface is normal wear, not a defect. Every upholstered chair shows it with use. What is not covered is listed in full on the warranty policy page.

Which chair should I order?
Measure the reclined length first, then choose the look. The reclined length sets your station spacing, and getting it wrong means the chairs arrive and the row does not fit. The look decides what a client sees walking in: classic frames are imposing but take floor, low chairs suit a styling station and do not crowd the room. If one chair has to do everything, take the UR-HB12S. At 120 to 160 cm it covers a child and a tall adult.
Why do all nine have the same specification table?
Because they are built from the same materials: the same leather, the same foam, the same steel, the same pump. That has a practical upside. Different models are built side by side on one line, ship on one lead time, and can be mixed in a single order. When a pump needs replacing later it is the same pump, so you are not holding different parts for different models. The differences that matter are the dimensions and the shape, and those are in the table above.
What is the minimum order?
Five sets, and models can be mixed in one order. A single chair can be ordered first as a sample.
Can I have my own colour and logo?
46 leather colours, three base finishes, and logo embossing on the same order with no separate charge line. A physical swatch goes out before you sign off the sample.
What happens if the pump sinks?
A chair that sinks is a worn hydraulic seal, not a broken chair. One year under warranty, and after that we hold the pumps. Send the model number and a photo of the label on the pump, and a replacement ships. The pump is bolted in, not welded.
How are they packed?
The base, the seat and the footrest ship in separate cartons with the fittings and an assembly sheet, and go together on site.
