Settle this one thing and the rest is straightforward.
Sit-up, and the legs
Within the sit-up group, the only remaining question is what happens to the legs. The UR-HS802 has no legrest: it is the simplest, on a bent steel tube frame with no enclosed base, so it is the lightest to move. The UR-HS801 comes with a matching footstool, so the client’s legs are supported without paying for a built-in legrest, and the stool moves out of the aisle when the chair is not in use. The UR-HS804 has a legrest that folds out of the chair itself, so there is nothing to drag over and nothing to store.
Lie-down, and what follows the wash
The two lie-down beds differ in what happens after the wash. The UR-HS007 is 204 cm long, with a 35 cm opening in the middle of the deck and a pad that covers it. Padded, it is a flat bed; opened, the client lies face down, so the head spa and the neck and shoulder work happen on the same bed, and a matching stool comes with it. The UR-HS006 is 200 cm with an open cubby under the deck and a control panel on the side, so towels and product live under the bed rather than across the room.

The three sit-up units are stock in black with gold fittings. The lie-down beds come in beige, cream, pink and blue. Anything else costs no more and adds no time, because we cut the cover here.

The basin is the part
that has to not leak
A backwash unit is different from the rest of the room: it carries water. The seal between the basin and the body, the fall on the drain, the way the hoses run. Get those wrong and the cabinet goes mouldy underneath inside a year. The ceramic basin is bought in. The body, the frame, the padding and the cover are ours, and so is the assembly, which means the person who makes that seal works for us.

Adding one wash point
One unit, and the simplest model does it. The UR-HS802 has no enclosed base, so it is the lightest to move and the least expensive.

The two lie-down beds. The client does not get up after the wash, so the scalp treatment, the neck work or the facial follows on, and one position earns twice.
Check the room first: a 204 cm bed plus somewhere to stand needs three metres.

on its own
The ceramic basin ships in its own carton with the corners protected. The body and the frame go separately, and it is assembled and plumbed in on site. The assembly sheet is in the box.

In the first 30 days after delivery, a quality issue is answered with a replacement or a fix, not a claims process.
Damage replacement
Free replacement or parts for functional or structural damage inside the first 90 days. This is what covers transit damage that only shows once it is in use.
Manufacturer warranty
Structure and manufacturing defects: motors, remote controllers and lifting systems, hydraulic systems, and the metal or wooden frame. Sewing workmanship and upholstery defects are covered for 30 days from delivery. After the year, spare parts and technical support stay available.
Wrinkling of vinyl on a seating surface is normal wear, not a defect. Every upholstered chair shows it with use. What is not covered is listed in full on the warranty policy page.

Sit-up or lie-down?
A sit-up unit is a wash point: the client leans back, gets washed, and walks to the chair. A lie-down bed is a treatment position: the client stays flat and the scalp or neck work follows the wash without them getting up. If you sell head spa, or want to, the lie-down bed pays for itself in what happens after the shampoo. If you just need heads washed, the sit-up unit is smaller, cheaper and faster.
What is the difference between the UR-HS007 and the UR-HS006?
Both lie the client flat with the basin at the head end. The HS007 is 204 by 72 by 67 cm with a 35 cm opening in the deck and a pad to cover it, so the client can lie face down for the treatment that follows, and a matching stool comes with it. The HS006 is 200 by 72 by 70 cm with an open cubby under the deck and a control panel on the side, and its stool is 36 cm wide and 45 cm high. On the HS006 the drain runs 175 cm from the end of the bed, which is the figure your plumber will want.
Which is the easiest to install?
The UR-HS802. It is a steel tube frame with no enclosed body, 105 by 62 by 101 cm, so it is the lightest to carry in and the least work to plumb.
What is the minimum order?

How is the basin protected in transit?
It ships in its own carton with the corners protected, separate from the body. Transit damage to the basin is covered for 90 days after delivery, which is what catches a crack that only shows once water is running.
Can I have my own colour and logo?
Yes. The cover is cut here, so any colour is a different roll rather than a different supplier, with no surcharge and no extra time. Logo embossing goes on the same order. A physical swatch goes out before you sign off the sample.
