One thing separates these from barber chairs: they do not recline. They are for cutting, drying and colour, where the client stays sitting. Because nothing lays back, stations can sit closer together, and the same floor takes one more seat. There are only two decisions here: how wide the chair is, and what the armrest looks like.

The hydraulic range, the weight and the swivel are identical: 84 to 94 cm, 20 kg, 360 degrees. Which leaves two decisions, and the first one is not negotiable.
Width
The UR-HC669 is 51 cm; the other two are 64. That is 13 cm. Across an eight-metre floor, 51 cm chairs fit one more station than 64 cm ones, and one more station is one more income line, which counts for more than how the armrest looks. The wide ones are more comfortable to sit in, so if you have the depth and the ticket price, take the width.
The armrest
The spec table cannot show you this one; the photographs can. The UR-HC672 has an open gold crescent, the boldest line of the three. The UR-HC670 is the same chassis with a flat gold panel and a cut-out, cleaner and quieter. The UR-HC669 has three angled gold bars, which is a different language again.

The chairs in this range share a size, a chassis and a material. The difference is entirely the armrest, and the armrest is the hard part: a gold component has to come out of the mould clean, polish evenly and plate without a shade difference. Line three up and a small difference is visible. Cutting, welding, polishing and plating all happen here.

The base, the seat and the armrests ship separately and go together on site. The gold components are wrapped separately, because plating scratches in transit.

Hassle-free support
In the first 30 days after delivery, a quality issue is answered with a replacement or a fix, not a claims process.
Damage replacement
Free replacement or parts for functional or structural damage inside the first 90 days. This is what covers transit damage that only shows once it is in use.
Manufacturer warranty
Structure and manufacturing defects: motors, remote controllers and lifting systems, hydraulic systems, and the metal or wooden frame. Sewing workmanship and upholstery defects are covered for 30 days from delivery. After the year, spare parts and technical support stay available.
Wrinkling of vinyl on a seating surface is normal wear, not a defect. Every upholstered chair shows it with use. What is not covered is listed in full on the warranty policy page.

51 cm or 64 cm?
Measure the floor. Across an eight-metre row, 51 cm chairs fit one more station than 64 cm ones. If you have the depth, the wider chair is more comfortable to sit in.
What is the difference between the UR-HC672 and the UR-HC670?
The armrest, and nothing else. Same chassis, same 64 by 52 cm, same 84 to 94 cm hydraulic range, same 20 kg. The HC672 has an open gold crescent; the HC670 has a flat gold panel with a cut-out. The HC670 also comes with a black base as well as gold.
Do these recline?
No. That is what separates them from the barber chairs, and it is why they take less floor. If you need the client to go back for a shave, look at the Barber Chair range.
Can I have my own colour and logo?
Over fifty upholstery colours, two base finishes, and logo embossing on the same order with no separate charge line. A physical swatch goes out before you sign off the sample.
