Trolley
A trolley is the least noticed thing in the shop and the easiest to get wrong. Not on quality, usually, but on size and height. Two questions first: how much goes on it, and do you reach for it standing or sitting. A lot, standing: three tiers at 87 cm, so the top shelf is at hand height. A little, and out of the way afterwards: something that folds flat.

How much, and where it goes after
These three are not a good, better, best. They are three different jobs.
Carrying a lot
The UR-TT06: three tiers, 87 cm, 13 kg. 87 cm means the top shelf is at hand height when you are standing, with nothing to bend for; most trolleys are around 81 cm, which is a height set for someone sitting. The shelves are board rather than metal trays, so a toolbox and a row of bottles do not make it flex. What it costs is weight.
Getting it out of the way
The UR-TT02: folds flat, 5 kg. When the room has to make space, this goes against the wall, and in a small room or one that has to do two jobs that is the only thing that actually solves the problem. The trays are brushed stainless, so scissors and metal tools leave no marks, and the castors are ball-shaped, so hair does not wind around them.
Matching the room
The UR-TT01: iron frame, 5 kg, in gold, pink, black or white. Pink and gold are hard to find elsewhere, so a nail or lash room done in pink or cream does not have to settle for a black trolley. This is the one of the three bought on colour.

The UR-TT02 and the UR-TT01 both weigh 5 kg, but they are not the same thing. The TT02 is stainless trays and a folding frame; the TT01 is an iron frame in four colours. One is bought on function, the other on colour.

What it is made of
A trolley gets knocked, spilled on and loaded hot
A cart takes more abuse per day than anything else on the floor: kicked at the base, splashed with colour, and loaded with a dryer that is still hot. Four choices decide whether it lasts.
High-impact ABS on the body and drawers. It absorbs a knock instead of cracking the way brittle plastic does, and dye or bleach wipes off without bonding to the surface.
Tubular steel with a baked powder coat on the open-frame carts. The coat does not chip off the way wet paint does, and the frame stays square with a full load of litre bottles.
Heat-resistant nylon composite or stainless steel rings. A dryer or a wand goes back in hot, up to about 200 °C, without melting the deck.
Stainless steel on every screw, bolt and fitting. Salon air is damp and carries chemical fumes, which is what corrodes plated fasteners.

Shelves, uprights and castors ship separately and go together on arrival. The stainless trays are wrapped separately, because a brushed finish scratches.

Damage replacement
Free replacement or parts for functional or structural damage inside the first 90 days. This is what covers transit damage that only shows once it is in use.
Manufacturer warranty
Structure and manufacturing defects: motors, remote controllers and lifting systems, hydraulic systems, and the metal or wooden frame. Sewing workmanship and upholstery defects are covered for 30 days from delivery. After the year, spare parts and technical support stay available.
Wrinkling of vinyl on a seating surface is normal wear, not a defect. Every upholstered chair shows it with use. What is not covered is listed in full on the warranty policy page.

Which trolley for which room?
Carrying a lot and reaching while standing: the UR-TT06, three tiers at 87 cm. Needing it out of the way: the UR-TT02, which folds flat at 5 kg. Matching a pink or cream room: the UR-TT01, in gold, pink, black or white.
Why is 87 cm different?
Because most trolleys are around 81 cm, a height set for someone sitting. At 87 cm the top shelf is at hand height when you are standing, so nothing on it has to be bent for.
Do the castors collect hair?
The UR-TT02 runs ball castors, which have no axle for hair to wind onto. That is the one model where it is written into the specification.
Will scissors scratch the tray?
Not on the UR-TT02, where the trays are brushed stainless. On the other two, ask and we confirm the tray material against the drawing.
What is the minimum order?
5 to 10 pieces depending on the model, and models and colours can be mixed in one order. Trolleys are usually ordered with the chairs and ship on the same lead time.
